Project Administrator  Farnham 1019/13    £18k-£21k

Fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or person with experience working within an IT company to train and develop as a project administrator. The key function of this role is to support the Senior Project Manager to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects for clients and to act as an interface between Projects and the technical and customer service departments.

Typical duties will include maintenance of project libraries, management of project information; recording and reporting on timesheet actuals, production of weekly and monthly progress reports, financial analysis of projects, updating the release board, documenting project reviews and quality control checks. Attending meetings, taking minutes/action points and circulating when necessary, progress chasing internally and externally to ensure that deadlines are achieved. Highlighting risks and issues with the Senior Project Manager.

Key skills required are: strong administration, organisational and time management skills and an ability to work to designated processes and procedures. Good written and verbal communication skills and intermediate to advanced MS office skills are essential.

The position will suit a self-motivated and ambitious individual who either has experience of working within the IT sector or aspires to move into the sector and develop as a project administrator.
