Temp to Perm Safety & Operations Administrator  Farnham 63/31             £18k

This will be a varied role supporting the Operations and Safety Department with general administration. Reporting to the Safety Manager the key tasks will include updating documents and forwarding them to relevant parties, filing and archiving DD Log sheets. Be responsible for the "Document Control" of all company manuals and all other correspondence relating to the safe and efficient operation of owned or managed vessels. Compile, distribute and maintain Safety Manuals, Operations Manuals, Training Manuals and SMS Documentation to all vessels. Advise on safety equipment, safety systems and safe design as required. Maintain and update the Managers’ Information Pack and to ensure all holders receive the latest update when produced. Maintain and update the controlled Office ‘Emergency Contact’ file.

Candidate will have basic MS Word & Excel skills, a clear confident telephone manner and a flexible approach to working in a team environment. A willingness to take on a variety of tasks and have the ability to use initiative are essential.
