Telemarketer  177/23  Farnham       £13,500pa OTE £18,000pa

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for making quality appointments for the Account Manager to visit prospective customers with a view to selling their product. Key responsibilities are:-
1.To make telephone calls to prospective customers establishing from the 'decision maker' the potential requirement of our product. This will be carried out by gathering core information and providing a more suitable solution to their current facility and ultimately scheduling an introductory meeting.
2.To prepare and send information to companies and follow up with a diarised call.
3.To keep a 'hotlist' of prospective customers.
4.To achieve a target of 25 appointments per period
5.To send out meeting confirmation letters.
6.To input new information onto 'Maximiser' contact management system following each call to update the information already held.
7.To input 'new' company records onto Maximiser.
8.To contact the Account managers to inform them of diary changes and new appointments.
9.To prepare paperwork and send to Account Managers detailing time, date and details of appointment made.
10.Any other office duties as required.
