Working in a team of 4 and reporting to the Quality Supervisor the duties will be varied and will include F.A.I.R., goods inwards component Inspection, product testing and final inspection. All results are recorded on relevant forms and computerised systems therefore all candidates must be computer literate and have fair writing skills.

Essentially the position requires an individual with quality testing and inspection experience who has worked in an environment that has required the use of a variety of testing and measuring equipment including verniers, plug gauges, tensometer, and micrometers' etc.

The successful candidate will have worked in a manufacturing environment and will have quality control experience associated to rigorous compliance both in terms of process and testing. All candidates must be competent in reading engineering plans and conducting quality control on a broad range of manufactured products.

Typical daily duties will include: Inspection of all purchased component parts working to a strict criteria as determined by drawings and purchase orders. Endorsing products and booking into stores. Production inspection and audits: monitor and sample product at random on a daily basis endorsing work and test specifications. Final Inspection: final inspection of all products offered up for final inspection and book into stores. Final audit inspection to sample standards, raise NCR'S as necessary and inform production/supervisor.
