Reception Administrator  Farnham 228/10             £14-16k

A busy and varied role. The main duties will include, answering the telephone, taking and passing messages and dealing with customer enquiries where knowledge and experience allow. Setting up job bags and progress chasing them, emailing proofs to customers, contacting customers following up proofs, running artwork etc between departments, emailing quotations, updating the production system, assisting in processing orders, preparation of outgoing post and general clerical support for the sales and production teams. A confident clear telephone manner is essential together with the ability to work in a busy environment and learn the skill of multi-tasking. Full training on processes and procedures will be given. Good opportunity to progress for candidates who are loyal, committed and eager to learn.

Candidates must have a good standard of education and must be well spoken with good communication skills both written and spoken. Candidates must be computer literate and will have a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Must be a hard working team player who is has a sense of humour and is able to work in a busy, deadline driven environment.
