The Operations Manager reports to the MD and is part of the core management team. The function has a broad remit but key to the role is the management of an expanding customer service and installation team which includes 10 field based service engineers.

Our client is seeking and individual who has a proactive hands on management style who can demonstrate an ability to manage day to day issues escalated by team supervisors as well as strategic skills to develop departments in a rapidly expanding business. Essential to the role is the ability to be a solution provider.

The successful candidate must have had operational responsibility for a field based installation team and a customer service team, will have strong business systems experience and will have been involved in upgrading or implementing new IT systems into a business. Good project management experience.

Our client is seeking someone to join the company at a time of significant growth who is dynamic and driven and able to engender a similar ethos amongst her/his team which is currently 18 in total.

All candidates must be able to drive and will have their own transport. Please be aware that the successful candidate will have to undergo a CRB check.
