Tele-Sales Executive Normandy 2322/5       £18k OTE £30k

Exciting time to join a growing and dynamic company who can offer an attractive salary and an opportunity for excellent career prospects. The ideal candidate will have tele-sales experience and be confident in cold calling to win new business as well as converting inbound sales enquiries.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working in a newly created team of 5 the main responsibilities are: Respond to inbound calls and enquiries with a view to building a relationship and closing the sale of our product directly with the customer. Make out-going calls to customers approx 40/50 dials per day from data provided by marketing department to sell our product. Demonsrate the product to the customer using the on-line marketing tool. Negotiate price plans and maintenance packages. Take payment and delivery information from the customer. Complete sales order on company CRM system re-confirming details are correct with the customer. Diarise to call potential customers who have previously registered an interest in our product. Record all information related to prospects and customers on company CRM system. Make appointments for the Direct Field Sales Team where necessary providing relevant information and enter into Outlook diary. Attain given monthly sales target.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6-12 months telesales experience, have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to prioritise work load.
The company have new modern offices located in a rural location therefore you must have your own transport.
