Working in a team of 6 administrators and reporting to the Operations Manager duties will be varied and full training will be provided.

Candidates must have a confident and professional telephone manner, have good written and verbal communication skills and be numerate.

The key function will be administration associated with the repairs and service department. Duties will include: opening new job packs on the system, raising paperwork for the customer and repairs department, tracking paperwork through the repairs process and closing the job pack off when completed. Dealing with customer enquiries regarding progress and despatch dates etc. Typing up defect reports and repair estimates including calculating the cost of parts and labour for each estimate (department handles approximately 200 new jobs per month). Additional duties include answering incoming calls, dealing with customer enquiries or passing on messages efficiently. Assisting in general administration tasks including order stationery, replenishing kitchen supplies, filing, scanning documents and photocopying documents for the technical and sales departments.

Experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook required, ideally basic-intermediate level. Accurate keyboard skills, attention to detail and good numerical skills are essential. Training will be given on the in-house system. Experience of working in an office environment desirable.
