Part Time Telemarketing Executive 51/18 Farnham       £13.00ph

Experienced tele-sales or tele-marketing exec required for an established and growing practice. The key function will be to make outbound calls to SME businesses in the local area to promote the full range of services offered by the business with the intention of arranging an appointment for a Partner to visit the prospect. Experience of gathering relevant information via the telephone and the internet is essential and will require a friendly but professional approach. Typical duties will involve making 30-40 outbound calls (3 hour day), updating database records, logging call backs, sending out information, making follow up calls to information sent. Arranging appointments (minimum 4 per month) updating diaries and sending confirmation emails.

B2B tele-marketing or tele-sales experience is essential together with the ability to sell a service based solution. The position requires a person who is tenacious and organised and able to qualify the quality of a prospect eg. hot, warm or limited opportunity. The person must have good rapport building skills because it is often a series of calls that secures an appointment. Candidates must be competent in the use of MS Word, email, the internet and will ideally have used a database in the past. Training will be provided on the database.

The position will be home based after a period of 3-6 months based at the client offices. Training and advice will be provided by another telemarketer working for the business.

10-15 hours per week
